Brad was born in Avon Lake, Ohio on February 8, 1979 to Jean and Ron Forster. Brad lived an incredible life. He was the most amazing man, father, and friend. He had a contagious smile, infectious laugh, and loved everyone he knew with his whole heart. He was an avid Cleveland fan and his love and dedication for the brotherhood of the Columbus Division of Police was a reflection of what an outstanding member of the community he was. Brad passed peacefully at his home from an undiagnosed heart aliment on March 24, 2016, but his legacy lives on in the hearts of all who remember him.
